Reports

As part of PICA’s oversight role, PICA Staff review, analyze, and prepare reports on the annual Five-Year Plan presented by the City and the City's Quarterly City Managers Report. Additionally, PICA Staff provide monthly reports on the City's tax revenue collections and obligations, and an annual report on the City's overtime spending with quarterly updates. Finally, Staff prepare an annual report on the status of PICA operations.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority will hold a special meeting on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 12:15 p.m. local time, in the board room of the Authority located on the 16th floor of 1500 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19102 for the purpose of considering the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement with the City of Philadelphia.
