FY2023 Fund Balance Projected to be $682.5 Million

The City of Philadelphia’s Quarterly City Managers Report (QCMR) for the fourth quarter (period ending June 30, 2023) of FY2023 projects a year-end fund balance of $682.5 million—$310.3 million higher than projected in the City’s FY2023-FY2027 Five Year Plan. Obligations are projected at nearly $6.057 billion, over $718 million more than FY2022 obligations, which were $5.3 billion.
