PICA Issues RFP for General Counsel

PICA requests proposals from qualified law firms to act as General Counsel to the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority.

The arrangement will be a one-year contract with options for three one-year renewals, at PICA's sole discretion.

All questions, inquiries, and requests for information concerning this RFP are due in writing no later than 5:00 PM Friday, December 15, 2023.

For full consideration, sealed proposals must be received in the office of the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority, addressed to Marisa Waxman, at 1500 Walnut Street, Suite 1600, Philadelphia, PA 19102, no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
